Transient by design
Original uploads and extracted text are raw data. They are processed, then deleted. What remains is analysis, scores, matrices, and generated packages — under your retention setting.
SolaraForge analyzes regulated documents, returns structured compliance outputs, and deletes the raw source. It is not a replacement eQMS, eTMF, LIMS, or CTMS — it is the layer that makes those systems smarter.

Official analyses produce structured records — gaps, risk, matrices. Identical packages in the same organization reuse the official result. An optional independent review never silently overwrites it.
Review & Approve is the cross-forge queue. AI can draft; people disposition, sign, amend, and export. Nothing becomes official because a model said so.
Protocol, vendor CSV, screenshots, or HA letter. Files land in short-lived storage — never kept as a permanent source file.
Deterministic analysis into structured records — gaps, risk, matrices — not free-form prose as the system of record.
Original files and extracted text are deleted after processing. Only structured outputs follow your tenant retention setting.
Review & Approve, amend, export Word/PDF, and hand off into Audit, Change, or Validation — you own the decision.
Quality, clinical, and plant teams already have systems of record. They do not need another place to park uncontrolled PDFs. They need a fast, auditable pass over the package in front of them.
| SolaraForge does | It does not replace |
|---|---|
| Protocol gap & DP&S analysis, amendments | eTMF / CTMS |
| URS, IQ/OQ/PQ, vendor packages, config specs | Your validated CSV archive |
| Audit agenda → plan → fieldwork | A full CAPA eQMS |
| Cyber / AI / SOC 2 readiness packages | A GRC platform of record |
| Executed record gap review | LIMS or batch release |
Organizations stay isolated. CROs and consultants run multiple client workspaces with their own inventories, reviews, and exports — without mixing evidence.
Computerized systems (CSIL) registered once serve Validation, Automation, Change, Audit, and Cyber. Config specs, URS, and ATR stay attached to the same system record.
Word and PDF packages use org letterhead and document skins. Protocols, agendas, validation plans, and config specifications leave the platform inspection-ready.
A production template library (SOPs, forms, protocols) sits next to AI drafting. Start from a controlled skeleton, then generate — not a blank page.
